1. Information we collect
If you apply or contact us, we may collect your name, work email, company, website, business model, offer and buyer description, commercial-range inputs, proof summary, authority confirmation, consent and the content of your enquiry.
The application flow also records limited attribution information: a randomly generated action identifier, landing time, campaign parameters and referring page. The identifier is stored in session storage so the visit can be tied to the application. This site does not currently add advertising analytics.
2. Why we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate campaign fit, respond to your enquiry, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, preserve an attributable application record and prepare a potential service discussion. We do not use application data to create prospect lists for other customers.
3. Storage and service providers
When the application flow is activated, submissions may be passed through a configured workflow service and stored in Flonk’s approved operating records. The public form remains closed unless that receiving system is configured to confirm durable storage. Hosting and email providers may process technical request or message data as needed to operate their services.
4. Sharing
We do not sell application information. We may share it with service providers acting on our behalf, professional advisers where necessary, or authorities when legally required. We limit access to what is needed for the relevant purpose.
5. Retention and security
We retain enquiry and application records only while they are reasonably needed for evaluation, communication, evidence, legal or operational requirements. We use access controls and bounded integrations, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, withdraw consent for future application contact, or ask how it is being used. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security or evidentiary reasons.
