1. Website information
This website describes a managed B2B meeting-acquisition service. Its content is general information and an invitation to apply; it is not an automatic offer, acceptance, payment request or promise that every applicant will be accepted.
2. The service
The core product is five qualified B2B sales meetings booked within an agreed 30-day campaign. The service may include campaign definition, permitted-source research, decision-maker identification, bounded personalized outreach, follow-up, routine reply handling, qualification and calendar booking.
The service does not guarantee meeting attendance, proposals, conversions, closed revenue, sales or deals. It is not software the customer is required to operate.
3. Written order controls
No campaign begins and no payment is accepted until the customer and Utopian Haze Private Limited agree a written order. The order must identify the offer, approved ideal customer profile, exclusions, qualification scorecard, price, start trigger, 30-day deadline, booking evidence, customer obligations, reschedules, cancellations and refund timing. If the order conflicts with general website copy, the signed order controls for that engagement.
4. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate company, offer, pricing and proof information; approve the sender identity and commercial claims; identify existing pipeline and suppression requirements; respond to approval requests; maintain sufficient calendar availability; and avoid deceptive, unlawful or prohibited offers.
5. Outreach standards
Campaigns use truthful, customer-authorized identity and permitted public or licensed business sources. Flonk does not promise unrestricted volume, sell email lists, fabricate personal involvement, guess private addresses or continue outreach after a rejection or opt-out.
6. Pricing and payment
The same five-meeting service is listed at a ₹25,000 Campaign Zero inaugural rate and a ₹45,000 standard reference rate. These are commercial rates for one outcome, not different feature plans. All displayed prices are in Indian rupees. The final invoice and accepted payment method are confirmed in the written order.
7. Refunds and cancellation
The proportional guarantee is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility depends on the agreed qualification definition, deadline, evidence and customer obligations.
8. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Flonk’s website, brand and operating materials remain the property of their respective owner. Customers retain their pre-existing material. Neither party may use the other’s confidential material, brand or identity outside the agreed campaign. You may not misuse this website, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful, deceptive or abusive content.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these website terms prospectively. Material service commitments already accepted in a signed order are not silently rewritten by a website update. Questions may be sent to nidhip@flonklabs.com.
